Happy Mother's Day

My grandmother is a very special lady who has been through a lot in the last few years and I made this page to honor her.

This is my grandmother, Patricia

Grandmothers are mothers who are grand,
Restoring the sense that our most precious things
Are those that do not change much over time.
No love of childhood is more sublime,
Demanding little, giving on demand,
More inclined than most to grant the wings
On which we fly off to enchanted lands.
Though grandmothers must serve as second mothers,
Helping out with young and restless hearts,
Each has all the patience wisdom brings,
Remembering our passions more than others,
Soothing us with old and well-honed arts.

Invented Mothers."

A grandma is warm hugs
  and sweet memories.
She remembers all of
  your accomplishments
and forgets all of your
  mistakes.

She is someone you can tell
  your secrets and worries to,
and she hopes and prays that
  all your dreams come true.
She always loves you,
  no matter what.

She can see past temper tantrums
  and bad moods,
and makes it clear that they
  don't affect how precious
    you are to her.

She is an encouraging word
  and a tender touch.
She is full of proud smiles.

She is the one person in the world
who loves you with all her heart,
who remembers the child you were
and cherishes the person
  you've become.
